WCPAC Group Sales Policies

Group Sales benefits are available for groups of 10 or more at most WCPAC-produced events. Benefits vary based upon the specific event but typically include a 10% discount, blocked seats, and advance notice of new events. Please take note of our group policies listed below:

1. A $250 deposit check will be required to hold seats for your group if you are unable to pay within two weeks of the show date. Checks should be made payable to WCP&R and delivered to:

Cancellations within two weeks of the show date are subject to loss of deposit.

3. Full payment and headcount are due no less than one week prior to show date. Bookings not paid in full within this time frame are subject to cancellation and loss of deposit.

4. Please plan to arrive at the WCPAC 30-45 minutes before showtime. Early entry and seating may be possible for groups and patrons with limited mobility or mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers.

5. If in attendance, we ask that a group leader be present during seating to assist group members with limited mobility or mobility aids.

7. All ticket sales are final once paid in full.
